Abstract

Neonatal nasal obstruction due to congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis is very rare and uncommon. Infants with CNPAS present at birth or shortly thereafter with severe nasal obstruction leading to noisy breathing and respiratory distress that worsens with feeding and improve with crying.
